Standard CBC Terms and Conditions apply.

Quote valid for 60 days from date of quotation.

Fuel / material surcharges may be applied at time of shipment

Extended warranty and service plans available upon request.

Site and location specifics to be determined. These parameters will determine cost of installation and directly impact power production.

Delivery of equipment approximately six (6) months after receipt of order and deposit and according to a mutually agreed upon project plan.

All prices FOB Warwick, RI and do not include import / export costs, including taxes, tariffs, duties, brokerage fees, and freight.

The only obligation created by this Quotation is for CBC Wind Energy to hold an honor the pricing for the equipment and services listed here in for the 60 day period from the date of this quotation in accordance with the terms and conditions to set forth herein. Until a formal supply agreement for the CBC Wind Energy System has been fully executed and delivered by the parties hereto, there will not exist any binding obligation on the part of either such a party to consummate the purchase and sale transactions contemplated here in.
